Competitive intelligence · Scored and delivered monthly

Walk in with answers, not questions.

We track your top competitors so you get a report with an overview that's scored, broken down into 5 dimensions, and provides recommendations on next steps. First report within a couple of days, then monthly, measured the same way each time.

Buyers now ask ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews who to consider. The report tells you whether you are named, and who is.

Why this exists

Your internal data is good. Your competitive picture isn't.

Most teams know their own numbers cold. What they can't see clearly is the landscape around them, because that data lives everywhere and belongs to no one.

▲ Fragmented

Scattered across departments

SEO exports sit with marketing. Win and loss notes sit with sales. Pricing screenshots sit in someone's downloads folder. Nobody holds the whole picture, so decisions get made on the loudest fragment.

▲ Inconsistent

Every teardown is a one-off

Ad-hoc competitive research changes shape every time someone does it. Different tools, different criteria, different conclusions. You can't compare this quarter to last quarter because they weren't measured the same way.

▲ Expensive

Weeks of work, every time

Done in-house, one round touches SEO, content, research, PR and paid media, plus the tool seat each one needs, plus someone senior to score it and write the brief. It competes with the roadmap every month, so it happens once, or not at all.

CueNalysis delivers it monthly, already collected, scored and reviewed. One artifact the whole company can read, measured the same way every month. Your team's hours go to the work only your team can do.
What's inside

Eleven kinds of intelligence. One scored report.

Everything below is in every Standard report. Under each one is the kind of number it gives you: measured, estimated, or analyst view. No theory chapters, no glossary, no executive overview of an executive overview.

Included · 01

Traffic & SERP

MeasuredEstimated

Ranked keywords, keyword gaps, SERP feature ownership and backlinks are counted. Traffic and search volume are provider estimates, and the report says so next to the number.

Included · 02

Voice of customer

MeasuredAnalyst view

Review counts and ratings from G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Google and Reddit are counted. The objection clusters, and the quotes chosen to represent them, are analyst view.

Included · 03

AI visibility

Measured

How often each brand is named in Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT answers: mentions, share of voice, and the domains those answers cite. ChatGPT coverage is US and English.

Included · 04

Media coverage

Measured

Article volume, velocity, and tone per brand against the prior run, plus a category sweep that surfaces newcomers before they surface in your pipeline.

Included · 05

Engagement inventory

Measured

Every CTA, form, banner, hero and nav element across the top 10 pages of every tracked site (top 25 on request), clustered by page template. Ships as its own spreadsheet your CRO team can mine directly.

Included · 06

Branded search conquesting

Measured

Which tracked competitors bid on your brand terms, on which queries, and who else is conquesting that you have not named yet.

Included · 07

Paid landing page teardown

MeasuredAnalyst view

The pages pulling each competitor's paid traffic, counted. Each one torn down for intent, persona, offer and message match, with offers archived so discount velocity shows over time.

Included · 08

Trend pulse

MeasuredAnalyst view

Search-trend series, tech-stack changes and hiring activity are observed. Pricing-page changes are caught by diff. The structured read of what a pricing page now offers is analyst view.

Included · 09

Messaging & CRO

Analyst view

Each brand's key pages decoded: persuasion frame, tone, claim specificity, feature-to-outcome ratio, and CTA style, with what changed since the last run. Judgment applied to pages and CTAs we collected.

Included · 10

Synthesis & scoring

Analyst view

Threat scores per competitor across five dimensions, an opportunity map of unclaimed lanes, and test hypotheses scored by ICE, with PIE and RICE on request. Direction, not measurement, and every claim is checked against the data it cites.

Included · 11

Quality gate

Every section is checked against its own data block before a person reads it, then approved or sent back with a note. The PDF cannot be generated until every section is approved.

Premium · Coming soon

Two more sections, both built, both waiting on pricing.

Premium · 12

Ad creative intelligence Coming soon

Active paid ads, hook and offer classification, and creative velocity. How fast competitors iterate their paid messaging.

Premium · 13

Funnel teardown Coming soon

A walk through each brand's signup, trial, and checkout flow, scored step by step on clarity, trust, and friction.

The deliverable

One report, two altitudes.

Every month you receive an executive brief and an analyst deep dive, built from the same scored analysis. The decision-maker gets the call in two minutes. Their analyst gets the evidence behind it.

Executive brief · The 2-minute read

Lead with the decision.

Conclusion first. Each finding says why it matters and what to do about it.

  • A conclusion-first point of view: the biggest opportunity and the projected effect where it can be sized
  • What CueNalysis found: the research context in one callout
  • Whether you are named in AI answers, and who is
  • The featured competitors, and where each one presses
  • Current search share, and how the visibility ranking moved since last month
  • The highest-priority actions, ranked
  • Launch and promo radar, including an honest quiet-month state
Analyst deep dive · The evidence

Show the work.

The same findings opened up, so every number in the brief can be traced to its source.

  • The full tracked field with raw scores and how each was built
  • Per-competitor teardowns, rationale and limitations
  • The complete test backlog with ICE, PIE and RICE scores visible
  • Customer verbatims behind every sentiment claim
  • Anything not measured is named as not measured, never estimated

See the artifact, not a marketing summary of it.

This is an actual recent report with the companies anonymized to YourCompany Inc. and Competitor 1 through 5. The layout, scoring, and numbers are exactly as delivered. Step through it the way a buyer reads it. Each section scrolls.

MeasuredCounts we observed directly: ranking keywords, review counts and ratings, AI answer mentions, article counts, every CTA and form, ad records, which competitors bid on your brand terms.
EstimatedProvider models, labeled as estimates: organic traffic, search volume, and the paid-equivalent value of a demand gap.
Analyst viewJudgment applied to the evidence: threat scores, messaging frames, objection clusters, the opportunity map, test hypotheses and their scores, confidence labels. Direction, not measurement. Each one is checked against the data it cites before it ships.

Executive Report

YourCompany Inc. competitive landscape
Prepared for growth leadership  ·  July 2026  ·  2 minute read  ·  5 competitors tracked
The bottom line

Competitor 1 is the strongest competitor in the set at 7.7 out of 10. The field clusters between 6.7 and 7.7, so there is no runaway threat, but Competitor 1 leads on messaging. Differentiation lanes exist that no tracked competitor currently claims.

On demand capture, a page that genuinely answers a rival's brand term targets 110,000 monthly searches where YourCompany does not yet rank. On retention, the most frequent customer objections, unresponsive support and poor support accessibility, are the fastest conversion fixes.

Who we track

You set the field. We deliver the rest.

Tell us who matters and we track them in full. Leave it blank and discovery ranks the field for you. Either way, you can change it any month.

Pin the rivals you care about

Named competitors are tracked in full and featured in every report, ahead of anything discovery finds.

Automatic industry discovery finds the rest

We research your brand, process a deeper pool of ten or more rivals, rank them by threat, and feature the strongest five. The rest of the scored pool stays visible as an emerging tier and an incumbent watch, keeping an eye on newcomers that could pose a threat.

Voice of Customer, tracked

The objections that lose deals and the praise that wins them, in buyers' own words. We gather what people say about you and every tracked rival from trusted review and community sources, cluster the themes, and rank them by how often they come up. Your copy, your sales team and your roadmap get the language buyers actually use.

Action items you can test

Every finding ends in an action, and every action is written as a test: the hypothesis, where it runs, what to measure, and how you will know it worked. Ranked by expected impact against effort, with a one-page brief per test you can hand to your team or an agency, so the next sprint is planned before the meeting starts.

Your demand gap, sized

The searches your rivals win and you do not, with the buying intent behind each one, ranked by value. You see where the next page should be built and roughly what it is worth before anyone writes a brief.

Numbers you can defend in the room

Every score and claim traces back to what was collected, provider estimates are labeled as estimates, and anything not measured is named as not measured. When the CFO asks where a number came from, the answer is on the page.

Why teams buy this

The first report is useful. The cadence is the advantage.

Doing this yourself means weeks of gathering and comparing every month, spread across several tools and whoever has time that sprint. We do the gathering, the scoring and the review, and send it to you every month. The field gets measured the same way each time, so you can compare this month to last month and see what actually changed.

Month 01
Baseline

The full field scored for the first time: threat scores, opportunity map, and your first ranked test backlog.

Month 02+
Change detection

What each competitor changed since last month: page messaging, pricing moves, AI answer share, media momentum, ad velocity. Same lens, so a change in the numbers is a change in the market.

Quarter over quarter
Trends and follow-through

Trend lines build across runs, and the report follows up on past competitor moves so you can see which of their bets actually paid off.

Versus doing it in-house

The same lens every month, no analyst hours, no tool sprawl. Your team acts on the picture instead of assembling it.

Versus an SEO or CI point tool

One report covers search, messaging, AI answers, reviews, press and ads together. Point tools cover one or two.

Versus a one-off agency teardown

It repeats. Month two detects what moved. Quarter two shows which competitor bets paid off.

Versus a slide deck

It ends in ranked, runnable tests with a brief per test, not a summary. Your next sprint is planned before the meeting starts.

Versus an AI summary

Every number in the prose is checked against the data it cites before the report can be generated. Unmeasured is named as unmeasured. A provider estimate is labeled an estimate.

×
Versus a dashboard

It is a report, not a login. No seats, no per-viewer pricing. Save it to one folder and the whole company reads the same picture.

Under the hood

Why you can trust the numbers.

The gates that stop the report from lying took longer to build than the report itself.

Thirteen collection and scoring modules, eleven in every Standard run.Local models on our own hardware do the bulk of the work. The marginal cost of a report is compute time and data fees, not headcount.
Deterministic integrity gates.Claim verification against the brand's own site text. Prose checked against the data block it cites. A pillar with no data is excluded from the score rather than filled with an average.
A person reviews every section before the PDF exists. Each section is approved or sent back with a note. The report cannot be generated with an unapproved section.
An archive of every run.Month-over-month change is measured, not remembered. Ads, coverage, AI answers, rankings, job postings and pricing are kept run to run. History for you to reference.
Built to be shared

Delivered once, shared with everyone.

The report arrives monthly as a set of files you drop in one place. Licensed for unlimited internal use. Save each month's report to the same folder and the whole company reads from the same picture.

One artifact, every team

Marketing pulls messaging gaps, product pulls the opportunity map, sales pulls objection language, leadership reads the two-minute brief. Same report, four jobs done.

Same structure every month

The same sections in the same order, and the scoring never changes shape. Once your team learns to read it, every future report takes minutes, not meetings.

Reviewed before it ships

Every section passes an automated check against its own data, then a person approves it or sends it back with a note. Thin findings get fixed or cut. The PDF cannot be generated until every section is approved.

Process

Four steps. First report within a couple of days.

01
Tell us who you are

Your company website, the rivals you want pinned, your vertical, and how your team scores tests (ICE, PIE or RICE). That's the whole intake.

02
Collection

We gather the public surfaces of your brand and the tracked field: key pages, search presence, AI answers, reviews, press, ads, and market signals.

03
Scoring and review

Threat scores, an opportunity map, and a ranked test backlog. Then a person reviews every section from your point of view and approves it, or sends it back, before the PDF exists.

04
Delivery

The executive brief, the analyst deep dive, and the engagement inventory spreadsheet land in your inbox. First report within a couple of days, then monthly.

FAQ

Answers to the questions buyers actually ask.

Who is CueNalysis for, and who is it not for?

CueNalysis is for revenue, growth, marketing, and product leaders who want a consistent, scored competitive picture without burning internal analyst time to build one. It is not for teams that need implementation, media buying, or general consulting. We deliver the research and the ranked backlog; your team runs the plays.

What is measured and what is your judgment?

Three kinds of numbers appear in the report, and each is labeled. Measured: counts we observed directly, such as ranking keywords, review counts and ratings, article counts, every CTA and form, ad records, AI answer mentions, and which competitors bid on your brand terms. Estimated: provider models, such as organic traffic, search volume, and the paid-equivalent value of a demand gap. Analyst view: judgment applied to the evidence, such as threat scores, messaging frames, objection clusters, the opportunity map, test hypotheses and their scores, and confidence labels. Analyst view is direction, not measurement, and each claim is checked against the data it cites before it ships.

Which AI platforms do you measure?

Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT. ChatGPT coverage is US and English. We do not measure Gemini, Perplexity or Claude today. When a platform is added, it will say so here.

What exactly do I receive each month?

Three files: an executive brief built to be read in two minutes, an analyst deep dive with full scoring, per-competitor teardowns, and customer verbatims, and an engagement inventory spreadsheet cataloging every CTA, form, and conversion element across your tracked field.

How fast is the first report?

Your first report arrives within a couple of days of activation. After that, a new report arrives every month on a consistent schedule.

How do you choose which competitors to track?

Name the rivals you care about and they are pinned: tracked in full and featured in every report. Alongside them, discovery researches your brand, processes a deeper pool of ten or more, and ranks it by threat. Five competitors are featured with the full teardown. The rest of the scored pool stays visible: an emerging tier that can be promoted when a featured slot opens, and an incumbent watch on light collection when the field has one. A newcomer shows up here before it shows up in your pipeline.

Can I change who you track, or send a section back?

Yes. Add or remove pinned competitors any month. If a section misses, tell us what and that section is regenerated with your note, not the whole report. Your feedback is folded into the next run.

Can I share the report internally?

Yes, and you should. The report is licensed for unlimited internal use across your company. Save each month's delivery to one shared folder and it becomes the standing competitive record for every team.

How does the report get better over time?

Month one establishes the baseline. From month two, the report detects what changed since the last run: page messaging, pricing moves, media momentum, ad velocity, and AI answer share. Over quarters, trend lines accumulate and the report follows up on past competitor initiatives so you can see which of their bets paid off.

What data do you use? Do you need access to our systems?

No access needed. The analysis is built from public surfaces: your site, competitor sites, AI answers, search results, public reviews and community discussion, ad libraries, and public market signals like coverage and hiring. Anything not measured for your category is named as not measured rather than estimated.

How does billing work?

You pay every 3 months, in advance, for three monthly reports. Standard is $1,200 per 3 months, which works out to $400 a month. Your first 3 months are $800. The intro discount is for first-time subscribers only. Cancel anytime and your access runs to the end of the 3-month period you paid for.

How do I cancel, update my card, or see invoices?

From your account page. Sign in with a one-time code sent to the email you used at checkout, then choose Manage billing. That opens your Stripe billing page, where you can update the card, download invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 3-month period you paid for. No password to remember, and your card details never touch our site.

How do I reach you?

The contact page, or [email protected]. Questions before you start, requests, a feature you want in the report, or a change to who we track. We read every note and reply from the same inbox.
